We are seeking:
What – Experienced personal care aides who are compassionate, experienced, and customer-service oriented employees to join our team of caring, professional Angels.
Who – You must be dependable, compassionate, positive, customer-oriented and trustworthy.
Where – In client’s homes throughout the Hampton Roads Area.

When – Part-time and full-time, day and night and weekend positions available however, hours will be based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and other hygiene needs.
– Assist with ambulatory needs such as helping client in and out of bed, walking and exercises.
– Perform housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and/ or dishes and running errands.
– Transport clients to locations outside the home such as physician offices and/ or other outings, at aide’s approval with signed liability waiver.
– Plan, shop for, and prepare nutritious meals or assist families in planning, shopping for, and or preparing meals.
– Instruct and/or motivate clients on issues such as household cleanliness, utilities, hygiene and nutrition.
– Prepare and maintain records of client’s progress and services performed; reporting changes in client’s behavior or condition to manager/supervisor.
– Submit weekly time cards and client chart information in a timely manner.
Requirements:
– Exceptional customer service skills (non-negotiable)
– Valid PCA/CNA certification in the state of Virginia
– Ability to pass criminal background check and a drug free lifestyle
– 1 year minimum of caregiving or nursing field experience (strongly preferred)
– Valid Drivers License and access to an insured and reliable vehicle (strongly preferred)
– Current PPD
– Proof of a TB test taken within the last 6 months
– CPR and First Aid certified
– References (strongly preferred)
